Gown - Maroon velvet gown with a fitted bodice. The bodice laces up in the back, corset-style. There is gold and black patterned fabric on the front of the bodice, with a horizontal strip of satin trim along the square neckline. The sleeves have an outer and an under layer. The under-sleeve is made of billowy black fabric that cinches in at the wrists with gold and black elasticized cuffs, and has gold and black patterned trim at the elbows. The outer layer is made of maroon velvet, and has black faux-fur trim at the shoulders and down the sleeve openings. The outer sleeves reach about three-quarters of the full sleeve length. The skirt is full, with a vertical center opening that reveals a black fabric underneath. There are laced pick-ups on the sides of the gown that reveal the black satin under-skirt.
Headpiece - Black velvet French Hood decorated with gold pearls and trim around the perimeter. There is white ruffled trim along the bottom edge. The French Hood has string ties that can fasten around the back of the head.
