Head - Medium grey fur mouse mascot head. There are large ears with pink fur lining, a black nose and mouth, and black mesh eyes that the wearer can see through.
Tunic - A rich red velvet tunic with gold and cream-colored patterned panels along the chest and shoulders, outer sleeves, and bottom hem. There is gold trim along the collar, chest and shoulders, sleeves, wrist cuffs, and bottom hem. The gold trim is also decorated with opal-style rhinestones. There is a Nehru-style collar. The inner sleeves are straight and fitted, and the outer sleeves hang down to roughly knee length. The tunic reaches down to mid-thigh length. The tunic zips up in the back.
Cape - Knee-length red royal cape worn draped over one shoulder. There is white fur trim on the over-sized collar and bottom hem. There is gold trim with red rhinestones on the center front opening and above the white fur trim on the bottom hem. There are ribbon tie closures on the front.
Crown - Small gold crown pinned to the head. The crown comes to curved points at the top, and is decorated with red rhinestones.
Sash - Mustard-yellow sash worn tied around the waist. The edges of the sash have gold braid tassels.
Tights - Thick, opaque red stockings.
Gloves - Short white dress gloves.
Boot Tops - Black tall vinyl boot tops. Boot tops fit on over the wearer's regular black shoes and give the illusion of boots.
