Dress - Black and white polka-dot printed dress with short sleeves. There is a square-shaped neckline with some subtle ruching at the bust. The dress reaches down to mid-calf length and zips up in the back.
Belt - Red shiny vinyl belt. The belt is adjustable to fit a variety of sizes.
