Jacket - Dark blue hip-length jacket with red piping trim and a Nehru-style collar. There are gold "U.S." pins on the collar and rank pins above the right breast pocket. There are decorated gold button closures down the front of the jacket and decorative gold buttons at the wrists.
Belt - Sturdy white leather belt with a brass buckle in the front. The belt is adjustable to fit a variety of sizes.
Pants - Full-length dark blue trousers with a scarlet stripe down the outer seams of the legs.
Gloves - Short white dress gloves.
Service Cap - White peaked cap with a black visor and black band. There is a gold gilt badge on the front.
