Jacket - Dark blue frock coat with a raised collar. The collar and wrist cuffs are decorated with black velvet and gold cord trim. There are two rows of gold buttons grouped in threes on the front. The frock coat reaches about halfway down to knee-length.
Pants - Matching dark blue full-length trousers with gold trim on the outer seams of the legs.
Belt - Black vinyl belt with an over-sized metal buckle on the front. The belt is adjustable to fit a variety of sizes.
Kepi Hat - Black felt cap with a circular flat top and a black visor with a black band.
